For my parent's 30th wedding anniversary I decided I wanted to make them a "wedding cake". I bought a small 6inch round cake pan. Because their wedding colors were shades of purple, I chose to put a purple ribbon around the edges. The whole cake was done with white buttercream frosting made with almond and vanilla flavorings.
